Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, and provide guidance on achieving them.

Customer Acquisition:
Identify and prospect new clients within the market to expand the company's customer base.

Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.

Revenue Generation:
Oversee the development and execution of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length.

Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on our product or service offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential and existing clients.

Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.

Sales Presentations:
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and expectations.

Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure and close deals.

Pipeline Management:
Maintain a well-organized and active sales pipeline, consistently updating CRM tools with client information and progress.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in B2B Leadership sales Role.
  • Strong understanding of the market and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Selfmotivated, driven, and resultsoriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license, if required.
