About the internship:

Are you a dynamic and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of customer experience, specifically within the Horeca channel? Join our team at Decano Consulting as a customer experience intern and take your skills to the next level

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and deliver effective sales pitches to potential clients in the Horeca channel.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
  • Assist in creating personalized customer experiences to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer touchpoints and streamline processes.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and offerings.
  • Attend client meetings and events to represent the company and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on customer experience metrics and KPIs to drive strategic decision-making.
