National Sales Head

Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a pivotal cost center, spearheading initiatives to enhance organizational metrics such as profitability, team competency, and stakeholder engagements, thereby fortifying the company's market presence and reputation.
Role Requirements:
years of pertinent experience in a national capacity, preferably in sales within prominent pharmaceutical corporations.
2) Demonstrated commitment to fostering team cohesion and fostering skill enhancement, while instilling industry-leading standards of competence within the team.
3) Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
4) Proficient in presentations and analysis, with a keen aptitude for numerical analysis and interpretation.
5) Proven capability to foresee and adapt to industry trends.
6) Track record of successful collaboration with support functions such as marketing, human resources, etc.
7) Age should not exceed 50 years.
8) Possession of a postgraduate MBA degree would be advantageous.
