Growth Manager

Experience: 2+ Years

  • Should ideally be a generalist who would have worked with or on marketing pieces and other functions like sales, supply operations to drive growth initiatives.
  • He/she may have in the past executed email sms whatsapp campaigns etc to generate leads
  • He/she may have run performance marketing campaigns but this role is not a performance marketing role.
  • He/she may have worked on other initiatives which would have made him/her to influence other teams to do things that would have led to growth.
  • Role is more like a program manager for growth who has exposure to marketing, lead generation and product initiatives.
  • Act as the growth evangelist for the site visit business and work on initiatives that will lead to an increase of the top of the funnel in terms of leads by partnering with marketing.
  • Additionally, identify interventions that can be done from the product/service or supply side that can be executed to drive the growth of the overall business.
  • The ideal candidate would be a smart generalist and would have worked on such problem statements in an internet firm. He/she should be able to use data to come up with insights and also have the ability to influence execution and execute interventions on their own as and when required.
