Associate Center Manager Job

About the job:This is a target-based job.
Key responsibilities include being responsible for customer experience, in-gym center sales, inventory management, customer troubleshooting, and people management.

- Work from office, 6 working days, week off - rotational
Shift timings are rotational shifts:
Split shift - 5:30 am to 10 am (Go back home) and then 5 pm to 10 pm
Compensation details:
It differs as per the center, but it will be between LPA, i.e., 18k - 21k after a 10% TDS deduction (Rs Other than this, you will get incentives between - 10K that will totally depend upon the performance (sales) that you have done.
Interview process:
1. 1st round on Google Meet with the cluster manager
2. 2nd round on Google Meet with the cluster head
- Final round with HRBP on Google Meet
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities
