We’re looking for a hands-on product leader with a business lens, who can conceptualize, structure, and scale the vertical across product, policy, process, and business execution.You’ll work closely with leadership, credit, tech, operations, and partnerships to build a high-quality lending vertical from the ground up.Job RoleDrive the organization’s strategy for Loan against Property (LAP) product for the region.Defining regional strategy for LAP business and execution of the same - Planning & implementing competent regional sales plans for LAP to ensure regional level goals are over achieved.Identifying the channels for sourcing business leads and signing up with themResponsible for allocation of geography at team level - work closely with team members on geography mapping & review the progress at regular intervals.Relationship management with key stakeholders & DSA, connector partners & individualsWork jointly with team on sales pitches to agencies & customersTeam management – train, lead, coach and motivate a team of sales managersReview team performance on regular basis and feedback to superiorsConflict management – mitigating issues and assessing the cost-benefit of casesWorking with support functions for optimum TAT and service deliveryProvide inputs to other parallel functions such as HR, Risk, and Operations & CC.Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team.Qualification & ExperienceApplicant should be PGDM / MBA from a good institute. Specialisation in sales and marketing/ FinanceExperience of 5 to 8 years in Sales. Age up to 35 yrs. Experience in selling LAP products Should have worked on Digital customer acquisition. Experience in start-up eco-system would be an added advantage.
