Role Overview:


We are looking for an experienced B2B insurance sales professionals residing in Delhi-NCR to spearhead our Delhi Branch Corporate sales operations. This is an on-field role requiring strong industry relationships, proven sales ability, and a track record of closing high-value corporate deals.


Key Responsibilities:


Drive new business development in Delhi/NCR for: Group Medical Cover (GMC), Fire & Property Insurance, Liability Insurance, Marine Insurance and other corporate products.

Leverage existing client relationships to bring immediate business.

Build a strong pipeline of SMEs and mid-sized corporates.

Meet CXOs, HR heads, Finance teams to present customized solutions.

Work closely with underwriting and operations teams for quote comparisons, negotiations, and closing.

Achieve sales and brokerage revenue targets for the Delhi-NCR Branch/Region.

Desired Candidate Profile:


Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in B2B/Corporate Insurance (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (Fire, GMC, Liability, Marine, etc.).

Should have existing corporate client relationships in Delhi NCR and be able to onboard them in the short term.

Excellent network with decision-makers (CXOs, HR, CFOs).

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work independently in a startup-style environment.
