Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate/SME Senior Sales Manager to lead and

drive commercial insurance sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

developing Non-Motor General Insurance sales channels and a strong understanding of various

insurance products, including Cyber Insurance, Fire, Marine, and Group Medical Cover (GMC).

Expected Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive SME and corporate insurance sales.
  • Identify and establish new business channels to expand corporate client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Leverage industry connections to enhance business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Provide expert consultation on Cyber Insurance, Fire, Marine, and GMC products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized insurance solutions for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Expected Skills:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Corporate/SME insurance sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing corporate channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cyber Insurance, along with Fire, Marine, Engineering and

GMC products.

  • Strong network within the corporate insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives effectively
