Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Gifting Commercial Sales Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling our corporate gifting solutions to businesses across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and driving corporate gifting sales, developing long-term customer relationships, and executing strategic sales plans that result in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate gifting market, including Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, and agencies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and acquire new clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Sales Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on gifting solutions.
- Ensure sample sign off with customer | Vendor & Self
- Ensure zero dispute on the final product vs Sample product
- Ensure Timely Supply of Stocks as per the TAT agreed.
- Ensure Payment received in full from Customers
- Team Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate gifting campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership regarding targets, opportunities, and challenges.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings for junior staff, sharing best practices and strategies.
- Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the corporate gifting sector.
- Recommend new products, packaging, and services based on customer demand and emerging market trends.
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of proven experience in corporate sales, specifically in corporate gifting, promotional products, or related fields.
- Strong sales track record, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of corporate gifting industry trends and customer behaviour.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives.
- Experience working with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs and budgets.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business or Sales-related field.
- Experience in managing corporate gifting projects from inception to delivery.
- Knowledge of branding and customization techniques for corporate gifts.
- Ability to work with international clients and manage cross-cultural expectations.
