Introduction to Role:As an Sales Manager, you will be responsible to handle the territory assigned and to increase the Sales Revenue by implanting various strategies. Develop new customers and explore new segments for Commercial Refrigeration projects.ResponsibilitiesAcquisition of New Clients / ConsultantCreating a short- and long-term Sales Plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.Management of Customer relationship / key accountsLead the conversion from Marketing channels.Develop the Existing Dealer.Identify and appoint the new dealers as per the Business requirements.Consistently achieve revenue goals to meet the team / organizational goals.Obtaining referrals from the existing customer to increase the sales pipeline.Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio as per customer feedback and market requirements.Actively looking for possibilities to increase the sales funnel.Lead to conduct Seminars / Webinar.
