Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Corporate Sales to drive business growth through B2B sales, festive gifting solutions, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will manage institutional clients, develop customized gifting programs, and collaborate with brands to create impactful campaigns that strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B and institutional clients for corporate gifting and festive hampers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Conceptualize and execute gifting solutions aligned with client needs and brand identity.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product customization, packaging, and logistics coordination.
  • Develop brand collaboration opportunities and strategic tie-ups to expand market reach.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS/reports, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging gifting innovations.

  • Proven experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or brand partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design, trends, and brand alignment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

Education

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
