About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy targeting retail, jewellery, and luxury industry clients.
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with high-end retailers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Drive B2B sales for customized jewellery, bulk luxury orders, gifting solutions, and exclusive product lines.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and forecasting.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and high-profile networking events.
- Manage post-sale service and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in luxury, jewellery, or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large corporate accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel as needed and represent the brand at industry events.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network of contacts in the luxury or jewellery retail space.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in corporate gifting or bespoke product sales.
