We have an urgent opening for the position of Manager - Sales & Business Development (Corporate Gifting) in a leading textile & garments company in Andheri (E) - Mumbai

Position : Manager - Sales & Business Development (Corporate Gifting)

Location : Andheri (E) - Mumbai

Education : Any Graduate

Experience : 5 years in Corporate Gifting

Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & BD Manager with a strong background in Corporate Gifting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the corporate gifting industry, and a proven track record of building and managing B2B client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting solutions across various industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactively approach new clients through multiple channels.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and client retention.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized gifting solutions based on their needs and brand guidelines.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all client interactions, including presentations, negotiations, order execution, and after-sales support.

3. Product Knowledge & Customization:

  • Stay updated with market trends, new products, and innovation in the gifting industry.
  • Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and design teams to curate personalized gifting options for clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery, packaging, and quality control for all orders.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Track client feedback and use insights to improve offerings and service delivery.
