Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate account handling.
  • Preferred industries: Gifting, Loyalty Programs, Banking, or Microfinance.

Compensation

  • CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA + Attractive Incentives.

as an
Assistant Manager – Sales (B2B)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales, developing strong client relationships, and expanding business partnerships across industries. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and managing accounts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect with, and engage corporate clients through cold calls, networking, and industry referrals.
  • Pitch
    vivo mobile products & solutions
    effectively to businesses for gifting, loyalty programs, and institutional sales.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals customised to client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/lead tracking systems.
  • Pursue leads aggressively to convert opportunities into sales closures.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify key decision-makers within client organisations and generate business interest.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.
  • Collect and share feedback on products and services to support continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to support growth strategies.
