Role & responsibilities
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our Gifting Division in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the corporate gifting sector, and possess strong networking and client acquisition skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for gifting solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement heads)
Understand client requirements and offer customized gifting solutions
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets
Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the gifting industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and client handling capabilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
