Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across B2B and B2C segments, with a strong focus on design, furniture, and interiors markets.
- Identify new opportunities and nurture client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that go beyond routine targets.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Represent Leidenschaft Studio at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Track sales performance, share insights, and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in design, furniture, or interiors industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- A dynamic personality with the ability to think on their feet.
- Hands-on attitude, someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but makes things happen.
- An eye for aesthetics and passion for design is a strong plus.
