Are you a driven sales professional with a flair for real estate and a passion for international markets? The Luxury Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for dynamic Sales Managers based in Delhi-Gurugram to help Indian clients invest in the booming Dubai property market.


Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in helping high-net-worth Indian clients purchase prime properties in Dubai. You’ll provide expert guidance, offer exclusive listings, and drive deal closures in one of the world’s most exciting real estate markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and manage a portfolio of HNI clients interested in Dubai real estate investments.
  • Advisory & Consultation: Understand client goals and recommend tailored investment options in Dubai.
  • Cross-Border Sales: Handle end-to-end property transactions from India to Dubai seamlessly.
  • Market Expertise: Stay on top of Dubai property laws, trends, and investor insights.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships for repeat investments and referrals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and ensure a smooth closing process with high client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or high-ticket consultative sales.
  • Strong understanding of Indian real estate dynamics and a keen interest in Dubai investments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and foreign investment rules (preferred).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
