Role Overview :

You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing the Presales team to ensure alignment with company goals.

You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and expertise in application and operating system environments to support the team in effectively articulating the technical and business merits of our solutions to prospective clients.

Your strong understanding of networking, security products, and desktop virtualization technologies will be crucial in mapping customer requirements to our product offerings and conducting successful client conversations.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Presales team to ensure motivation, skill development, and alignment with company objectives.

- Provide guidance and support to team members in addressing technical challenges and meeting customer needs effectively.

Technical Expertise :

- Possess deep technical knowledge and real-world experience in application and operating system environments.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and their practical applications.

Networking and Security :

- Have a sound understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, basic routing protocols, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and Active Directory.

- Familiarity with security products such as firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust Network Access (ZNTA), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and Identity federations.

Desktop Virtualization Technologies :

- Exhibit sound knowledge in at least one Desktop Virtualization Technology, such as Citrix Apps & Desktop, VMware Horizon, Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), or Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

Customer Engagement :

- Partner closely with Sales Account Managers to understand customer requirements and map them to our product offerings.

- Articulate the advantages and disadvantages of our solutions using real-world examples to prospective clients.

Solution Design and Capacity Planning :

- Collaborate with the technical team to design solutions and architect them according to customer needs.

- Assist in capacity planning to ensure scalability and performance of proposed solutions.

Continuous Learning and Evaluation :

- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in similar technologies.

- Continuously evaluate solution offerings and understand the gaps between products to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Presales, with team management experience preferred.

- Deep technical knowledge and practical experience in application and operating system environments.

- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.

- Proficiency in networking concepts, security products, and desktop virtualization technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts effectively.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work closely with Sales Account Managers.

- Willingness to travel to customer locations based on requirements.
