Skills Required

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing the Presales team to keep them motivated, skilled, and aligned with company goals.
  • Deep technical knowledge and practical experience in application and operating system environments.
  • Strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, Virtual Private networks, Active Directory, SAML, SSL, https, etc.
  • Experience with security products such as firewalls, VPN, ZNTA, CASB, SASE, Identity federations, etc.
  • Familiarity with Desktop Virtualization Technologies (Citrix Apps & Desktop/ VMware Horizon/ WVD/ MS RDP, etc.).
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual who collaborates effectively with the sales Account Manager.
  • Ability to match customer's requirements with the company's product.
  • Articulate about the benefits and drawbacks of solutions using real-world examples.
  • Conduct technical and business discussions with potential clients.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Skills in solution designing/architecting and capacity planning.
  • Stay updated on latest technologies and evaluate solution offerings.
  • Openness to travel.

Good to have:

  • Pre-sales experience in a Startup focusing on VDI, VPN, MFA, MDM, Azure, AWS, etc.
  • Prior knowledge of Accops products.
  • Engagement with customers at a management level.
  • Familiarity with windows server/windows- 10/RDS license.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Get certified in the Company's products.
  • Effectively present company products during presentations & interactions with customers.
  • Conduct interactive demonstrations either remotely or in person.
  • Manage the Pre-sales Account team.
  • Design solutions, determine sizes, and deploy Accops products along with related 3rd party products.
  • Prepare competitive study and architecture documents.
  • Enhance pre-sales and post-sales support standards.
  • Develop a knowledge base including articles, tutorial videos, FAQs, and best practices documents.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries.
  • Provide technical training to partner's sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Create a statement of work for project delivery by the implementation team.
