Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production operations, maintain high-quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve output, safety, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and supervise production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards as per company and industry norms.
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
  • Oversee material planning, resource allocation, and machine utilization.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Train and guide production operators and technicians.
  • Support in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing (preferably in mechanical systems, automotive, or equipment fabrication).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, welding, fabrication, machining, and assembly.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
  • Good understanding of quality control processes and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
