Quality Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site quality control activities and ensure compliance with company

and regulatory standards.

  • Conduct routine inspections for all stages of construction including foundation,

RCC wall and slab in MIVAN Construction, waterproofing, tiling, electrical,

plumbing, and finishing works.

  • Monitor subcontractors work for adherence to approved drawings, technical

specifications, and quality benchmarks.

  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents including inspection requests, work

inspection reports (WIR), and non-conformance reports (NCR).

  • Implement and maintain site-specific quality assurance plans and checklists.
  • Coordinate with the project management and design team to resolve technical and

quality-related issues.

  • Conduct material testing and coordinate with third-party labs for quality testing

(concrete, steel, aggregates, etc.).

  • Provide regular reports on quality performance and suggest improvements as

needed.

Train site engineers, supervisors, and contractors on quality standards and

procedures.


• Participate in audits and support certifications and regulatory inspections.
