About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled QC Engineer to ensure the quality of incoming parts and monitor in-process quality for EV charger assembly lines at our vendor manufacturing facility in Bangalore and Doddaballapur region. You will be responsible for performing inspection, monitor inspection teams, conducting product and process audits, preparing

shift-wise quality reports, and driving improvements to meet quality standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensure the quality of incoming materials and in-line processes as per specifications, drawings, and SOPs.

● Conduct FI/ PDIR of mass production and NPD parts

● Prepare shift-wise quality reports covering EOL, IQC, and process quality data.

● Conduct regular process and product audits for SMT and Box build.

● Track and verify deviations, CRs (Change Requests), and FTRs on a shift basis.

● Perform AOI checks in alignment with drawings, PDIR, and receiving inspection standards.

● Supervise IQC/IPQC teams and provide guidance and feedback during the shift.

● Drive initiatives to reduce EOL inspection time and ensure proper cross-training across the charger line.

● Conduct timely inspection of mechanical, electrical and electronic parts, preventing defects from reaching the line.

● Address customer complaints, perform and support RCA, layout inspection, and tracking calibration schedules.

What We're Looking For:

● 2–3 years of experience in process quality and incoming quality control, ideally in Electronic or Automotive manufacturing.

● Strong knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, MSA, Control Plan, PPAP, RCA, calibration, and auditing practices.

● Hands-on experience with inspection tools and good understanding of engineering drawings and specs.

● Ability to monitor vendor quality team and co-ordinate with CFT effectively.

● Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google office tools, and working knowledge of JIRA preferred

● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
