Fuse Capital is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist. The position is a full-time remote position. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join Fuse Capital’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the private debt space through cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and leveraging their network, thereby contributing to the expansion of Fuse Capital's market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Fuse Capital's growth strategy and make a significant impact in the financial services industry.Experience required: 4-7 years CTC: 8-12 LPA Location: Remote Time- 1:30 pm- 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)Type of employment- Full-time ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential clients in the private debt space through thorough market research, networking, and relationship-building.Leverage cold calling, cold emailing, and other outbound channels to drive strong top-of-the-funnel engagement and build a quality sales pipeline.Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets meetings booked and held.Act as an individual contributor (IC), taking full ownership of lead generation and prospecting activities with a strong "hunter" mindset.Use AI-powered tools to craft personalized, compelling outreach messages and optimize engagement strategies for higher response rates.Stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor insights to effectively communicate the value proposition of our private debt solutions.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and field sales, to ensure a seamless and aligned client acquisition strategy.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience (4+ years) in lead generation and business development, preferably in the financial services sector (bonus)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.Experience with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools, including outreach through email and social media.Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.Ensuring the CRM admin is updated on a daily basis by adding new contacts and updating the deals as and when logged in. Good experience and understanding of the EU & APAC markets.Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop effective deal origination strategies.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong time management and organizational skills.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.Why Fuse CapitalProfessional Development:Fuse Capital is committed to your growth.
