The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading large-scale finance transformation programs, driving solution architecture, and managing stakeholder expectations across global enterprises. This role requires excellent leadership, deep SAP FICO knowledge (including S/4HANA), and the ability to communicate effectively in fluent English without mother tongue influence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO transformation projects, including S/4HANA migrations, global rollouts, and greenfield implementationsDefine solution architecture, ensure adherence to SAP best practices, and guide clients through system design and configurationAct as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, and Program SponsorsProvide strategic oversight to teams across functional areas (FI, CO, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, etc.)Ensure tight integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, and HRDrive innovation, process improvement, and digital finance strategies within client environmentsContribute to practice growth through mentorship, solution development, and support for pre-sales activitiesPrepare executive-level documentation, proposals, and deliverablesTravel to client sites when required for workshops, presentations, or key project phasesRequired Skills & Experience:13 to 15 years of experience in SAP FICO, with strong domain knowledge in Financial Accounting and ControllingDeep understanding of FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA)Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance (preferred)Proven track record of leading large, global SAP programs across multiple industries or regionsStrong team management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skillsAbility to work across business and technical teams, influencing decisions at the executive levelExcellent command of English, both verbal and written, with no mother tongue influencePreferred Qualifications:SAP Certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA FinanceExperience in consulting, system integration, or leadership roles in SAP Gold Partner organizationsFamiliarity with financial compliance standards (IFRS, SOX, local GAAPs)Experience with Agile/SAP Activate methodologiesIndustry experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goodsExposure to Treasury, Tax, and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) is a plusDo you have questions?We are looking forward to receiving your complete application documents (cover letter, CV and references) stating the earliest date you could start.Let's meet: Are you the person we're looking for?
