Inviting applications for the role of Director, Solution Architect - Supply Chain ConsultingAs a Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect at the Director level, you will lead complex, enterprise-scale supply chain transformation programs. This role combines strategic technology leadership, hands-on architectural design, and client advisory to drive impact across business and IT ecosystems. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and architect innovative, scalable solutions that shape the future of digital supply chains- preferably based in India.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise architecture design across digital supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle, Azure) for large-scale programsTranslate strategic business priorities into integrated technology roadmaps and architectural frameworks.Advise CIOs and executive stakeholders on platform direction, integration strategy, and emerging technology adoption.Drive the technical vision, governance, and quality assurance for major implementations and cross-functional solutions.Facilitate architecture boards, technology steering committees, and high-stakes decision-making forums.Guide cloud migration, automation, and innovation strategies with scalability and performance in mind.Oversee technical delivery health, platform KPIs, and solution stability across multiple engagements.Mentor and grow senior technical talent, promote reusability and IP creation across the practice.Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills :-Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level architecture across multiple domains or platforms.Proven track record of influencing executive stakeholders and shaping strategic technology direction.Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and performant system architectures for complex supply chain environments.Strong understanding of integration design, data architecture, and cloud-native technologiesSkilled at translating technical complexity into compelling business narratives for decision-makers.Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsHands-on experience in supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle Cloud SCM)Familiarity with platform governance models, technical KPIs, and cross-platform delivery oversightExposure to middleware and integration layers (e.g., SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services)Experience in leading digital transformation programs in a consulting or client-facing capacityParticipation in solution innovation, accelerator development, or IP contributions within a practiceThought leadership presence (e.g., published work, industry speaking, solution ownership).Note :- If applicants have not done any projects on Kinaxis Maestro or are currently not doing Kinaxis solutioning then please don't apply as its a mandate.Why join Genpact?
