Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and modern architecture patterns, along with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and translate complex requirements into actionable designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of enterprise-grade solutions using Java or .NET, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS or Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and identity management.
• Integrate multiple data sources, including structured and unstructured data, into cohesive platforms.
• Build and orchestrate microservices-based architectures with robust API management strategies using tools like Apigee, Azure API Management, or AWS API Gateway.
• Embed security-by-design principles into all solution components, including authentication, authorization, data protection, and compliance.
• Lead the technical implementation team, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex business needs and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Apply Gen AI capabilities to enhance solution intelligence, automation, and user experience.
• Drive performance optimization, observability, and continuous improvement across deployed systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands-on development experience in Java or .NET.
• Proven experience architecting and scaling solutions in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Strong understanding of microservices, API management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with security architecture, including identity and access management, encryption, and secure coding practices.
• Extensive experience with DevOps practices, including the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Gen AI technologies, including integration of AI/ML models into enterprise workflows.
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams, conduct architecture reviews, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems and high-volume data processing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to support business decision-making.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience designing and implementing data products and data pipelines.
• Expertise in data integration techniques and tools for combining data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of data management practices including data governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with data-related technologies such as ETL tools, data lakes, data warehouses, and BI platforms.
• Exposure to compliance-driven environments (e.g., CMMC, FedRAMP, HIPAA).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
