Business Development Executive

₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + performance bonus
About the Role
You’ll help drive client acquisition and relationship-building for our executive search practice, working closely with senior leaders across BFSI and other sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify prospective clients
- Write persuasive outreach emails and make cold calls
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Support client meetings, proposals, and pitch decks
- Maintain structured CRM and lead trackers
- Track hiring trends and competitor moves
What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years’ experience in BD / inside sales
- Confident communicator with strong writing skills
- Self-driven, process-oriented, and detail-focused
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRMs, and presentation tools
