Business Development Executive – Executive Search


Delhi (Hybrid: 2 days/week at Akshardham office)

₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + performance bonus


About the Role

You’ll help drive client acquisition and relationship-building for our executive search practice, working closely with senior leaders across BFSI and other sectors.


What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify prospective clients
  • Write persuasive outreach emails and make cold calls
  • Build and nurture client relationships
  • Support client meetings, proposals, and pitch decks
  • Maintain structured CRM and lead trackers
  • Track hiring trends and competitor moves


What You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years’ experience in BD / inside sales
  • Confident communicator with strong writing skills
  • Self-driven, process-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRMs, and presentation tools
