Role Purpose
The purpose of the role in the Sales Function is to learn and contribute to sales efforts by assisting in lead generation, client interactions, and promoting insurance products. The role involves understanding client needs, offering appropriate insurance solutions, and gaining valuable experience in the insurance sales domain.
Key Expectations of the Role
1.Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Actively participate in lead generation activities, identifying potential clients and opportunities for engagement.
- Learn to research and analyse markets to identify prospective clients and industry trends.
2.Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with relevant insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with senior team members to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable insurance products.
3.Sales Presentations and Communication:
- Shadow and participate in sales presentations to clients, understanding the art of effective communication and persuasion.
- Learn to present insurance solutions clearly, highlighting their features and benefits to potential clients.
4.Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Learn how to implement sales strategies and action plans devised by the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in team discussions to develop and refine sales strategies based on market feedback and business objectives.
5.Customer Service and Follow-Up:
- Assist in providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
