We are seeking a Sales Manager/Director, Global Accounts for our ASIC team with strong revenue generating capability. Located in our R&D Facility in Bangalore India – SNAI, Socionext America, India.

Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed sales objective by winning new ASIC programs.
  2. Build, cultivate and develop strong business relationship with key accounts.
  3. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective penetration plans at identified key accounts
  4. Develop sales plan and implement solution selling strategies according to customer needs.
  5. Leverage networking skill to meet potential clients.
  6. Identify and develop new businesses as well as maintain strong current client satisfaction.
  7. Identify and execute key business opportunities according to the sales plan.
  8. Lead negotiations and close deals by resolving various internal and external challenges.
  9. Maintain effective, timely, and accurate communication on a regular basis with upper management, as well as providing insights and solutions for sales obstacles.
  10. Provide leadership, support, mentorship, collaboration with Sales & Marketing team as needed.
  11. Maintain knowledge of current market trend and propose strategies for competitive products.
  12. Effectively collaborate within internal team by sharing information and coordinate sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling custom ASIC or related IP.
  • Proven capability in driving contract negotiations and post-sales business issues
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSEE) or MBA preferred.
  • Must have a proven revenue generating track record of growing custom semiconductor business.
  • Must have strong communication skills including presentation and demonstration skills as well as excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel both domestic and international.
  • Must be a strategic and out-of-the box thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, and strong customer relationship building abilities.
