About FruitScan: FruitScan is a cutting-edge agritech solution by Vegrow, focused on bringing grade-level transparency to fruit farmers, starting with pomegranates. Using AI-enabled mobile assessment tools, FruitScan helps farmers understand their grade mix on the tree itself, empowering them to make better pricing and harvest decisions. We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Lead to scale our mission across India.Role Overview: As the Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for owning and managing the end-to-end sales process driven through tele-calling. This includes monitoring daily activity, refining the pitch based on farmer feedback, tracking performance, and coaching your team to convert leads effectively. The role requires strong execution, analytical thinking, and people leadership, combined with an understanding of rural or agri-driven customer behavior.Key Responsibilities: a) Sales Execution and Funnel Management• Own the lead funnel from qualification to conversion• Ensure leads are actioned within defined timelines• Improve contact rates and conversion percentages through process disciplineb) Pitch Quality and Process Improvement• Regularly review call recordings and outcomes• Identify gaps in farmer conversations and improve messaging• Standardize sales scripts and objection-handling approaches c) Performance Tracking and CRM Discipline • Monitor daily calling activity, contact efficiency, and closure rates• Ensure CRM hygiene, including lead tagging and disposition accuracy• Prepare weekly reports with key insights and improvement plansd) Team Management and Development• Manage a team of 5–10 inside sales executives• Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions• Set clear targets and ensure they are achieved. What We're Looking For: • 4-6 years of relevant experience in inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead capacity• Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, CRM tools and process execution• Proficiency in Hindi is a must along with atleast one regional language fluency (Marathi, Kannada, or Telugu) is a strong advantage.• Experience working with rural audiences or agri-tech is preferred.• Strong communication and problem-solving skillsWhy work with us:At Vegrow we promise to maximise what you care about the most.
