We're Hiring: Inside Sales Team Lead | Immediate Joiners Only
Location: Onsite (6 days/week)
Interview Mode: In-person & Virtual Interviews
Are you passionate about delivering excellence and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a Inside Sales Team Lead with 1–2 years of Team Lead experience to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and scale the inside sales team to meet onboarding targets for healthcare providers on the Practo platform.
- Develop sales pitches, pricing strategies, and outreach methods to support the sales team.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to optimize processes and boost results.
- Maintain and grow a robust database of prospective clients.
- Ensure daily reporting and activity tracking on sales tools/CRM systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and relay product/user feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the business team to develop upselling strategies and enhance company revenue.
- Take ownership of goal-setting, feedback, and performance appraisals for inside sales team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of overall experience in inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed team targets in a high-volume calling environment.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales performance dashboards.
- Willing to work from the office (6 days/week)
- Must be ready for immediate joining
