Responsibilities:Demonstrating a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines domain.Good presentation skills and deep understanding of Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits Policies.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.Addressing and resolving key clients’ queries and complaints.Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, and operations departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.Building relationships with clients.Negotiating deals with clients.Analysing data and market trends.Networking & Hunting to attract potential clients.ISMS Responsibilities:Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and serve users authorized by Function Heads;Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to best meet business objective;Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession;Accept responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets;Perform the work as delegated by the Function Head.
