We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to manage our Sales, Retention, and Revival team. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve business targets, improve customer retention, and revive inactive accounts. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and retention executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for sales growth, customer retention, and revival of dormant accounts.
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design campaigns for customer engagement and revival initiatives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations promptly.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, sales trends, and customer insights for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
