Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in rotational assignments across different departments (e.g., sales/Presales/Marketing) to gain

broad business understanding.

• Assist department managers in daily operations and project execution.

• Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.

• Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to develop managerial skills.

• Support management in strategic planning and problem-solving.

• Contribute ideas for business growth and innovation.

• Prepare presentations and documentation for management review.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.

• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different environments.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and business software.
