We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive (Sales & Marketing) to join our team. The Executive (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships and there accounts along with enhancing the sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, basic knowledge about the industry.


Job location : Ghana, West Africa.


Industry : Flexible Packaging.


Key Responsibilities:

Major Responsibilities

 Can make regular follow-up with customer for due payments and can-do reconciliation with customers on regular basis.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools

 Handling customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups.

 Identify and develop new business opportunities.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

 Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.

 Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales reports as needed.

 Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

 Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and order / sample tracking.

 Support in resolving client complaints and queries professionally and promptly.

 Track order status and share regular updates with customers.

 Maintain accurate filing of sales documents and correspondence.

 Assist in market research and competitor analysis for sales planning.

 Help with preparation of sales presentations.


Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree (any field)

 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging industry.

 Proven sales track record.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc.)

 Basic knowledge of SAP.

 Africa market experience (Preferred)
