Explore our diverse product offerings and discover the perfect blend of style, comfort, and durability.Role Description:This is a full-time role, we're seeking a Sales/Marketing Professional based at Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You'll promote our products, manage sales and customer service, and build relationships with customers and partners at both states. If you're results-driven and customer-focused, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectivesManage customer relationships, sales teams, and distribution networksCollaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and marketing initiativesConduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessionsAchieve sales targets, expand customer base, and enhance brand presenceQualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the Technical Textiles / Home Textiles segmentProven track record in business development, sales management, and team leadershipExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-centric skillsStrategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilitiesFluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (verbal and written)Strong industry network and relationships with distributors, retailers, and suppliersAbility to travel extensively between Tamil Nadu & Kerala.Desirable Skills:Experience in new product development, branding, and digital marketingKnowledge of textile industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processesFamiliarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and market research methodologiesSix Sigma or any related certifications (added advantage)Experience: >5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Technical Textiles.Location: Tamil Nadu / KeralaJob Type: Full-timeIndustry: Technical Textiles / Home Furnishings / MattressesWhat We Offer:-Best-in-industry packageOpportunity to work with a dynamic teamProfessional growth and developmentHow to Apply:If you're a results-driven, customer-focused professional looking for a challenging role, please submit your resume and cover letter.Note: Please note that only candidates who are genuinely interested in joining our organization and are available to start immediately should apply.
