Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director – US Sales / Manager / Senior Manager to lead our sales operations in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic sales planning, revenue growth, and key client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, a proven IT sales background, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing US sales team.

Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Drive the entire sales cycle—lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closures.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (If it is a leadership role) focusing on the US market.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales.

Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Deep understanding of US sales processes, customer behavior, and market dynamics.

Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics.

Ability to work in a night shift and manage remote teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.

Experience in enterprise sales and account management.

Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
