Reporting to the CEO, the Account Executive will be vigilant in seeking out new business and as well as helping the CEO supporting the existing clients.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain regular cadences with existing clients to drive more business and values
  • Develop and maintain regular cadences with contractors and placed employees
  • Seek out potential decision-makers for new clients and businesses
  • Initiate contacts through LinkedIn, Cold-calling, InMails in-person visits, and other avenues as appropriate.
  • Develop long-term business relationships, shepherd sell cycles through, set up meetings, technical discovery, schedule presentations, and follow up on SOWs and invoices.
  • Consistently identify leads, obtain referrals where suitable, and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
  • Work independently with given direction and manage workload effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or similar field
  • 10+ years of experience selling IT staffing services to enterprise clients.
  • Experience in e-commerce and how online selling systems are designed is a huge plus.
  • Experienced with HubSpot, MS Office suite, and other technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and report on activities clearly.
  • Ability to interact with managers, directors, VPS, and c-suite leaders.
  • Sense of urgency, integrity, long-term thinker, networker, communicator, and energizer
  • Ability to manage direct reports is a plus.
