Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Development (Solar)
Location: Mumbai
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Renewable Energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Renewable Energy or related industries.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
