The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be heading the west sales team and will be responsible for the west business. You should excel in working with large-scale accounts and have outstanding communicationExperience: 10+ yearsEducation: MBA/B-techSkills RequiredMandatory: CASB, ZTNA, SSL VPN, VDI, WVD, DaaS, and Cloud know-how.Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy for local and/or international market.Adept at account management and relationship building, resulting in achieving the revenue target annually.Should have a customer-first approach. Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and team handling skills. Also, should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members.Knowledge of IT Services (especially Virtualization Domain) and the ability to articulate the business value of those services.Generated business leads to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit growth.Should have developed and maintained an opportunity pipeline.Ability to present sales proposals and uncover/resolve any concerns or objections.Knowledge of and ability to utilise customer profiles and information.Good to have:An enterprise-level sales experience in a similar domainFew OEM certifications in the Security Area or Cloud.Role and Responsibilities: Spearhead the entire Sales department i.e. manage the overall Business Development process of sales.In-depth sales knowledge of Accops solutions and products. Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms.Train and mentor new joiners.Set up a team of high-performing individuals and hone their sales skills.Respond strategically in customer settings, "listen" and determine the client’s business needs.
