Nielsen is hiring a Partner Manager based in India who will report into the Chief PartnershipOfficer. In this position, you will focus on supporting business development for Data,Ecosystem, and Technology partners to help improve the efficacy of Nielsen products andservices and drive business growth for Nielsen. As a Partner Manager, you will focus on bothexisting partners and new business development. You will collaborate cross-functionally toidentify, develop and execute opportunities and partnerships which maintain and grow thevalue of Nielsen's portfolio.A successful candidate will require excellent communication and problem solving skills, talentfor managing executive and day-to-day partner relationships, the ability to think strategicallywhile remaining detail oriented and will bring simplicity to complex issues. The ideal candidatewill have experience in media, data and technology with a strong understanding of theadvertising & measurement ecosystem. A sense of humor and the ability to build and maintainrelationships is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Support to explore, develop and execute partner opportunities which enhance product offerings, generate new revenue streams, increase and drive the use of Nielsen's portfolio of measurement solutions. Own and maintain the ongoing business relationships with established partners to support product and client needs Project-manage complex integrations with Nielsen Strategic partners Execute the partner strategy in alignment with Nielsen's Operating plan Conduct regular and robust monitoring of the Nielsen Partner ecosystem to ensure delivery of outputs and activities; Act as an internal advocate for partners and an external advocate for Nielsen's premium video solutions. Proactively monitor, assess, and share trends in the premium video advertising ecosystem

ABOUT YOU:

7-10+ years related experience with media, technology or management consulting firm with external facing responsibilities Excellent understanding of (video) advertising technologies and the overall video advertising ecosystem with a focus on Data, measurement, technology and TV/Premium Video advertising, Experience managing partners, strategizing collaboratively, and managing complex agreements Experience developing complex integrations with third parties Demonstrated relationship building skills with technical teams, legal, sales and marketing Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influencing behavior Extremely high emotional IQ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high sense of urgency Strong self starter, independently motivated and flexible work hours Bachelors degree
