About the Team

The S&D vertical at Ninjacart focuses on the farm to retailer business, ensuring fair payment for farmers and delivering market-quality produce to retailers efficiently. Last-mile distribution is managed by Distributor partners from our Micro Distribution Centres.

As part of the team, you will oversee the success of assigned Distributor Partners (DPs), enabling them to thrive in the business as a Partner Success Manager. Your role involves collaborating closely with DPs, ensuring fleet availability, on-time deliveries, proper stock management, and financial integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership of stability and weekly profitability of Last Mile distribution partners for assigned geographical locations
  • Assist Distribution partners in maintaining optimal fleets for last mile operations
  • Develop effective stock liquidation channels
  • Cultivate healthy customer relationships and improve customer ratings
  • Ensure Distribution facility hygiene
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve Quantity and Quality issues
  • Prevent attrition of Distribution partners and onboard new DPs when needed
  • Support Area Business Manager and Sales team in managing General Trade & distribution
  • Maintain a pipeline of Distributor Partners for each territory

  • 2-7 years of overall experience
  • Bachelor's Degree/MBA preferred
  • Proven track record in managing mid-size distributors
  • Comfortable with extensive traveling
  • Experience in FMCG / FMCD / Telecom or companies with field sales structure
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Local linguistic proficiency Mandatory (Kannada in this case)
