Whatfix is looking to hire a Partner Development Manager with relevant experience to effectively run, monitor and manage 'Partnership Lifecycle' with services/SI partner ecosystem that delivers strategic benefit and impact to both the parties

Key Responsibilities

Identify, validate and recruit new partnerships that have potential to become strategic Whatfix relationships for business growth Onboard these prospective partners through a structured onboarding process and support them to develop a joint business plan with Whatfix Align all partners in the ecosystem to Whatfix Partner Program for Services Partners, monitor and govern adherence of these partners to the Program and develop individual growth plans with them Responsible for timely, relevant reporting and communication around Partner Program compliance and partners' growth journey Responsible for driving capability development for partners through customized partner enablement programs to support partner business plan Ensure partners are fully trained on Whatfix platform, value proposition and its use cases, so that they are positioned to evangelize within their organization and to position Whatfix to their customers and prospects for realizing better business outcomes Manage and collaborate with partners to define and establish Whatfix CoEs/competencies within their practices/delivery centers for building PoCs, testing use cases and validating solutions Plan sales and marketing campaigns in conjunction with partner executives and lead efforts to ensure delivery of all required resources into the sales campaigns of the partners Responsible to manage all partner contracts, billings and payments working with relevant Whatfix and partner stakeholders Identify potential ways to build unique/differentiating solutions/use cases together with partners Develop joint relationships, initiatives and programs to develop long-term successful client engagements with partners Responsible to drive a superior partner experience for the partner on Whatfix partner portal, ensuring availability of all required resources through the portal and orchestration of key partner actions within the portal

Key Requirements

3+ years SI alliance experience in high-growth SaaS/tech organization Proficiency in managing global SI partners Understanding of global/regional SI sales and engagement models Track record of driving partner campaigns with cross-functional teams Strong communication and ownership skills Expertise in alliance contract negotiation and growth planning Mastery of partnership management procedures and policies Proactive partner relationship development and problem-solving
