About the Position:
Join us as a Pre-Sales Consultant at 32nd Avenue, where you will play a key role in supporting pre-sales activities for our ultra-luxury residential projects in Goa. Your main focus will involve identifying potential clients who resonate with our vision and seamlessly integrating them into our extensive network.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Be Handling
- Lead Qualification
- Screen leads based on interest, budget, and property requirements.
- Identify promising buyers and prioritize leads for follow-up by the sales team.
- Offer tailored recommendations and solutions to meet client needs.
Customer Inquiry Management
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries related to pre-sales.
- Provide project details, pricing, availability, and amenities to potential buyers.
Client Engagement
- Organize appointments and site visits for prospective buyers with the sales team.
- Efficiently schedule appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay informed about real estate trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Offer insights and suggestions to clients based on market conditions.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate deal closures and meet sales targets.
- Assist in preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and addressing client queries.
Database Management
- Update customer database with information gathered during interactions.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, inquiries, and customer preferences.
Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, agents, developers, and stakeholders.
- Act as a reliable guide for clients throughout the pre-sales process.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in luxury real estate or hospitality pre-sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective networking abilities and a history of fostering valuable connections.
