Including service desk, technical operational, monitoring and management & IMAC services. Experience in designing and helping sell high-value technology solutions. Experience in managed resourcing service creation. Have thorough understanding of market, competition in the field of IT Service integration and Telecom Experience with a global solution selling portfolio which includes:Network and or Desktop Experience at Pre-sales levelExperience Field Services, Integrated Service Desks, Intelligent DispatchRemote Monitoring and Management, Network Management, Performance ManagementMaintenance Solutions ranging from Labour Only, Depot Services (Parts Only), Full Parts and Labour, Custom SolutionsStaff Augmentation, Outsourcing, Resource Solutions as a Service
