About the role:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant at 32nd Avenue, you will play a crucial role in supporting the pre-sales activities of our ultra-luxury residential projects in Goa.
Your primary responsibility will revolve around identifying prospective clients aligned with our strategic vision and seamlessly integrating them into our extensive network of clientele.
What You Will Be Doing1.Lead QualificationQualify leads by assessing their interest, budget, and requirements for real estate properties.Identify potential buyers and prioritize leads for further follow-up by the sales team.
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions based on client requirements.2.Customer Inquiry HandlingAct as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, emails, and phone calls related to pre-sales activities.
Provide information about the project, pricing, availability, and amenities to potential buyers.3.Client EngagementCoordinate appointments and experience centre visit for potential buyers with the sales team.
Ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.4.Market AnalysisConduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and competition.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market conditions.5.Sales SupportWork closely with the sales team to assist in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Provide sales support by preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and addressing client concerns.6.Database ManagementMaintain the customer database and update records with relevant information obtained during customer interactions.
Use CRM software to track leads, inquiries, and customer preferences.7.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and other stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the pre-sales process and beyond.
