Identify Market and Industry Trends:
- Keep an eye on market and industry trends to spot fresh business development prospects for the agency.
Business Development:
- Explore and nurture business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) opportunities with potential partners to extend the agency's reach and service offerings.
Event Organization and Management:
- Strategize, coordinate, and manage events to encourage partnership growth, networking, and community building endeavors.
Partner Acquisition:
- Actively bring on board new partners such as firms, influencers, and media figures to enrich the agency's portfolio and capabilities.
Lead Generation:
- Obtain feasible leads and referrals for potential partnerships through networking and targeted outreach efforts.
Partnership Management:
- Oversee partnerships from inception to launch and continuous management, ensuring alignment with key business metrics and objectives.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Spearhead collaborative initiatives with internal and external teams to steer partnership accomplishments and innovation.
Reporting:
- Create routine reports to monitor partnership performance and offer insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements and skills

Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field is mandatory.
Experience:
- At least 3 years in progressive business development, corporate sales, or similar roles within the marketing or advertising sector.
Track Record:
- Demonstrated achievements in cultivating partnerships, collaborating with influencers or public figures, and finalizing partnership agreements.
Communication Skills:
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the knack for interacting with clients and partners across all levels.
Analytical Skills:
- Proficient research, analytical, and organizational competencies to evaluate partnership opportunities and performance efficiently.
