Job SummaryThe Head (Brand Alliances & Partnerships) will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic brand alliances and deals that enhance our market presence and drive business growth.

This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the brand partnership landscape.

Understanding this in the context of the Prepaid industry would be a bonus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in forming successful brand alliances and creating value-driven deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Partnership Development:
Identify and evaluate potential brand partners that align with our company's goals and objectives

Deal Negotiation:
Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial deals and partnerships with key brands

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and success

Collaborative Strategy:
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to integrate brand partnerships into our overall business strategy

Market Expansion:
Explore and establish brand alliances that facilitate market entry and expansion into new customer segments

Performance Metrics:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of brand partnerships and deals

Thought Leadership:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and credibility

Innovation & Synergy:
Identify opportunities for innovation and synergy through brand partnerships, leveraging partners' strengths to enhance our product offerings

Contract Management:
Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of partnership agreements and contracts

Risk Management:
Assess and mitigate risks associated with brand partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards

QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

Experience:


Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related role within the fintech or prepaid industrySkills:Deep understanding of the brand partnership strategies.

Reasonable understanding of the prepaid industry landscapeStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of establishing and managing successful brand alliances.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in CRM and partnership management tools.
