Ohmium Operations Pvt Ltd is an emerging player in the global green hydrogen market. Specializing in PEM electrolyzer solutions, we aid customers in reaching their sustainability targets. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with manufacturing units located in Bangalore and Chennai India, we collaborate with industrial, transportation, and energy partners worldwide to provide green hydrogen solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Supporting the sales team by creating tenders, offers, and internal alignment documents to enhance their productivity.
- Managing orders via email, verifying pricing accuracy, discounts, and product details.
- Entering orders, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, and guaranteeing timely delivery.
- Coordinating with various departments for efficient handling of sales, marketing, inquiries, and shipments.
- Establishing and maintaining reporting systems for sales records, financial data, and reports for the finance department.
- Making the company's offerings appealing to potential customers.
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Education and Skills required :
Bachelors / Post Graduation Degree in Engineering / Legal / Sales & Marketing. 3 Years or more of sales support experience, preferably in the energy sector or industrial field. Proficiency in sales order management, product services, and customer relations is desirable.
