Sandvik Mining & Rock Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager for Rock Tools

Location: Bangalore

Sandvik Mining & Rock Solutions is the top global provider of equipment, tools, and technical solutions for the mining industry. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the best EHS practices and report hazards following the Sandvik way.
  • Achieve sales targets for rock tools with a focus on various industries.
  • Expand market share and customer base without compromising profitability.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities.
  • Track performance of rock tools in operation.
  • Map business potential and create a customer database.
  • Plan, review, and follow up on actions regularly.
  • Track market share in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with application engineers for field tests.
  • Resolve customer issues and gather competitor information.
  • Identify new opportunities and introduce value-based sales concepts.
  • Prepare sales proposals and finalize deals.
  • Communicate effectively with Key Account Managers and Business Line Managers.
  • Manage contract development and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Keep CRM/sales tools updated.
  • Plan material distribution at the distributor network.
  • Induct new channel partners to expand reach.
  • Maintain control over receivables.
Position Requirements:

Education/Experience:
Btech/BE degree with preferable MBA.
5-8 years of sales experience.

Awareness of southern languages preferred.
Experience in Consumable Industries is a plus (Lubes, Battery, Tyres, etc).
